RESPONSIBLE BRAND
In order to give meaning back to our purchases and consumption, we have chosen, where possible, to offer products on pre-order to avoid overproduction and storage costs. The majority of greenhouse gases emitted by the fashion industry are due to textile production, it is urgent that the reuse of existing materials becomes a common practice through upcycling.
LOCAL PRODUCTION
French production for our textile products sold under the Moutty brand, which believes in virtuous consumption that creates meaning and connection. We highlight the expertise of our manufacturers and artisans with products whose raw material is woven in France, such as cotton, linen, or wool. A "made in France" that isn't always easy to achieve because a lot of expertise has disappeared with massive delocalization, but which we love to challenge.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
We pay attention to eco-labels and those specific to certain materials like cotton. Organic materials are preferred, especially for our cotton products. We also limit over-packaging during shipping and use recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging rather than disposable plastic.
