DELIVERY & RETURNS
Thank you for your order! Please note that we do everything possible to limit delivery times.
For customizable products:
Embroideries are made on demand with love by Brigitte, among others... This is why it takes a maximum of 10 days (excluding delivery) to receive your order.
For other orders, they are prepared within a maximum of 7 days. They are then handled by Colissimo and your package generally arrives at its destination within 48 to 72 hours.
If your cart contains pre-ordered items, shipping will be done once all products are available.
If your item/product does not suit you, inform us of the return via your customer account, then return it via Colissimo to the following address:
Moutty, 2 rue du pavé de la boutillerie 62840 Fleurbaix. The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
No returns will be accepted if the returned item has been visibly used or damaged.
You have a period of two weeks from the receipt of your order or the availability of the package at the Post Office.
You will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return via your original payment method.
Once validated, your order cannot be modified or canceled.
You can, however, request a return within 15 days of its receipt.
